The Client application if not pre-set for you will need to have the IP address and ports set up to be able to communicate to your designated server and dashboard.
Open the Acquire Assist application and select the Settings icon this will open then open the Administrator settings. Note the password is set as a default which can be changed manually in the config.ini file supplied with the application. (default is password), then select the
button which will open server settings window.
Server Settings can now be configured by using the information supplied to you with the Ip address and ports. By clicking on the Page 1 button, Page 2 will appear where you can set either the Microphone and Camera for both the client and the kiosk end to be enabled automatically on answering a call.
once completed select the button and you will be taken back to the application login screen.
