🛜 Required Internet Access

If you operate in a corporate environment with strict firewalls or proxies, you may need to configure your firewall or proxy to allow Acquire software to access the internet. This may require ports to be opened to specific locations Ports.

Most Acquire software may require periodic internet access to function correctly, especially at installation and license activation. Some playback licenses are managed by connecting with the administration servers (PLUS! Network) or, as with CMS editing tools, may be licensed one-time (this may be done via the Internet, via a web page, or on a telephone call).
