I have forgotten my PLUS! Network Password and cannot login in to Site Manager, how can I get this reset?
For a PLUS! Network Password to be reset or changed, you MUST submit a Support Ticket. This request MUST be sent from a Director (or be included) for us to check and reset. Please note: you should allow up to 48 hours for this be completed. A Director may pre-authorise person(s) to help speed up this process, in which case should specify names.
IMPORTANT: you are responsible for maintaining an approved list, e.g. in case an individual leaves the company you should let us know.
