My deployment is reporting as not being complete and the Acquire Player continually logs, Error showing control M/~users/759/Illumination.mp4 (QT_AX Video). The Unit is in contact with the PLUS! Network and has previously played mp4 video files ok. What is the cause of this and how can this resolved?
Typically, if a Unit was able to play a particular video format without issues and/or other changes have not been made would indicate the Unit has exceeded the set Bandwidth Cap on the PLUS! Network.
To investigate this issue, we advise to check the DeployLog.txt in C:\ProgramData\Acquire\Logs as this will show you what file(s) the Deployment requires to complete fully.
To resolve this issue, you may have to escalate this your Reseller or Acquire Digital Support in order to increase your Bandwidth Cap. Please note: this may incur additional PLUS! Network charges for the additional data, as Bandwidth Capping is enabled is default . It is also recommended to click Deploy in Acquire2Go to force the deployment after adjusting the bandwidth cap.
