In Site Manager, I have an Acquire Player which is showing as being out of contact, but I can Ping it from another PC on the network. It does not responsd to any remote reboot or interaction attempts, but I get an authentication error when trying to File Transfer to the Player. How can this be resolved?
It is likely there is an authentication issue with the PLUS! Network, which usually can be cleared with the 2nd Chance options in Site Manager.
