Question:
Why is there a greyed out icon appearing next to the Acquire Player being shown in Acquire Site Manager, when the Acquire Player itself is currently in contact? I have also found that I cannot get Reverse Access to the Acquire Player.
Resolution:
This occurs when the Acquire Player is activated, but the Sentinel is NOT activated.
To ensure Acquire Player is correctly activated, you should use PLUS! Activ8 found in the Acquire Start Menu items and enter your Username and Password to register Sentinel. Which will also give you to remote access the Player once completed correctly.
