Updates for Acquire Editor v3.7

Question:

When opening Acquire Editor v3.7, there is an error stating, An error occurred when checking for updates.  Please ensure Port 7207 is allowed outbound on your firewall.  I have checked the settings on the Firewall and this is enabled.  What is causing this?

Resolution:

Acquire Digital no longer provide software updates for Acquire Editor v3.7 and this feature has been disabled, which is why you will see this error message. 

If you require updates, we advise you contact your Account Manger or our Customer Sales Team on +44 (0) 1162318920 or email customersales@acquiredigital.com about upgrading to the latest version of Acquire Editor.
