Question:
I am trying to add a new scheduled report using the normal method of using Site Manager and clicking Report Server and logging in. However I do not seem to receive the required report to my email address. Why?
Resolution:
Currently the maximum number of reports that can be scheduled on your PLUS! Network Account is 10 reports. If you currently have 10 reports scheduled in your account but require more, you will need to delete any unused or unnecessary scheduled reports. Please note: if you click a particular report and download the information before you delete it.
