Question:
When trying to remotely view or interact with one of my Acquire Players in Site Manager, I only get the PLUS! NETWORK! THIS UNIT IS NOW BEING SERVICED Engineer's screen.
Resolution:
We are aware of an issue which causes this to occur on Acquire Players running on Windows 8.1 (see image below).
This is currently being fixed by our Development team, and an update will be made available as soon as possible.
