Why do I keep seeing a message telling me to use Chrome, Firefox, Safari browser when trying to preview my website?
Resolution:
CyberBrowser App is only compatible with Internet Explorer, if you are trying to view or display a webpage that has been coded using something that is not compatible with Internet Explorer, it may not display correctly (as it may when simply navigating to the URL directly in a browser) or display the following message:
If this occurs, it is because the webpage has not been correctly coded for Internet Explorer. However, you can disable the message from the CyberBrowser App Settings.
To do this, simply double-click the CyberBrowser App on your page and in the Security tab, select Disabled (recommended) under the Message Boxes option and click OK.
Please note: using this feature may stop valid information or other messages from appearing, we therefore recommend you fully test your project.
