Monitored Levels

Question:

How can I use Monitored Levels to ensure my Acquire Players are running properly?  

Resolution:

Each Acquire Player has the ability to be individually set to provide live monitoring in the event of, low disk space for example.

Monitored Levels lets you determine and use a predefined limit before an alert is raised, allowing you to take the appropriate action before the Acquire Player encounters a problem.  Alerts can be emailed to you or viewed in Site Manager if you have registered the Acquire Player on the PLUS! Network.  If you do not have a Site Manager licence and PLUS! Network account, then such events are recorded in the logs.

To customise Monitored Levels, exit the Acquire Player using your break command and under the Monitored Levels tab simply adjust the sliders to the appropriate levels.  By in large the default settings, shown below are suitable for most scenarios.
