I am trying to activate an Acquire Player over the PLUS! Network and am connected to the Internet, but am getting a networking error. Are there any specific settings I need to make to my Firewall to allow this to work?
Resolution:
Yes. You must also open Inbound Ports 7200 - 7210 to allow it to connect to the PLUS! Network for a number of features, such as Licence check and Remote Management, e.g. using Site Manager.
