I am trying to activate an Acquire Player over the PLUS! Network and am connected to the Internet, but am getting a networking error. Are there any specific settings I need to make to my Firewall to allow this to work?
Yes. We recommend you open all Outbound Ports from the Players. You shouls also allow Inbound ports 7200 - 7210 open to allow it to connect with our network for licencing and remote access purposes.
