Compatible Media Formats for Acquire Player

Which file formats are compatible with Acquire Player?

Resolution:

Acquire is compatible with multitude of popular media formats, such as JPEG, TIFF, BMP, PNG, GIF, RSS, XML, MPEG audio, MP3, http, https, RSS, XML, JavaScript, SWF, FLV and FLA.

Acquire also includes licensed codecs to playback formats of: AVI, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DivX, WMV, QuickTime (including H.264)

Please note: Acquire2Go no longer generates Thumbnails for Flash files (.swf).  Please note: currently Acquire Player will play these files, but Microsoft will end Flash Player support from Windows in future.  .mov is not supported and should transcoded to a compatible format.
