Acquire Download Schedule Filename

Question:

On my Player I have noticed that it is playing a Script on start-up that I did not specify.  I specified PlaymyContent.aqs, and it appears to be playing Acquire_Download_Schedule_Filename.  Where did this file come from and why is it playing and not the script that I specified?

Resolution:

This is normal and by design, a quick check of the player will confirm that the desired and specified content is indeed playing.

When deploying a project via the PLUS! Network a Player receives the information specified in the Editor as the Playlist (formerly known as Script) scheduled to play, it then uses that to play the required content according to your playlist specifications.

Acquire, in the deployment process wraps up all the information specified during the scheduling and deployment process and uses that detail to specify and assign a downloaded schedule that is used as the main playing script or playlist on the player specified.
