Why I am unable to connect to my Acquire Lite Player?
Resolution:
In the event you are unable to connect to your Acquire Lite Player, you should check:
1) to see if the Acquire Lite Player has an active Internet connection, such as ensure the network connection is plugged in or if you are using Wi-Fi then the Player is connected to the appropriate wireless network;
2) if you are able to navigate to other websites, such as www.acquiredigital.com;
3) is also on the same network as your the Editor PC, to determine the IP address of Acquire Lite Player, simply click on Start > Run > cmd > ipconfig /all and note the IP address and enter this into an Internet browser on the Editor PC;
3) to see if any Firewall or Anti-Virus software is blocking the connection from the Editor PC to be made;
