Question:
Should an Acquire2Go Player be used on a PC that is part of a network domain?
Resolution:
No. You should ensure the PC you are using as an Acquire2Go Player is not part of a network domain. This is because a Domain PC is often restricted and controlled by Group and User Policies at the Domain level.
This often results in the Ports that Acquire needs to communicate over (Inbound 7200-7210), being blocked amongst other restrictions being controlled by the Network Policies.
Please note: this is also applicable for Acquire Player.
