Why am I unable to edit a Page Plugin or other media on my page?
Resolution:
You may notice a padlock icon in the top-right corner of items on a page, as shown below:
If this the case then it means the Item Locked is selected in the Toolbox, which will stop you from being able to click on App Options. This feature can be useful when creating templates, as you can stop unintended changes from occurring.
To be able to make changes on locked items, click the Info table and deselect Item Locked. This will allow the selected page plugin or media item to be editable by Acquire Editor.
