Question:
I am trying to activate an Acquire2Go Player and am connected to the Internet, but am getting a networking error. Are there any specific settings I need to make to my Firewall to allow Acquire2Go to work?
Resolution:
Generally all Outbound Ports from the Players may be already open, which you may want to check and allow but this is not absolutely required, providing Outbound TCP Ports: 7200 - 7210 are open. However you MUST allow Inbound TCP Ports: 7200 - 7210 to allow it to connect with our network.
