Lock Page Items in Acquire2Go

Question:

How do I lock items inside pages so they cannot be edited?

Resolution:

As Acquire2Go provides you with the ability to have multiple users, who are able to collaborate on projects there may several times where you will need to be able to stop changes being made, deliberate or accidental.  As you may be aware it is possible to lock an entire page, but you can also lock item(s) on a page.

To do this:

1. Click PAGES and in Manage Pages, create a New Page or click on a page that you want to edit.

2. Once you have made any necessary changes, tick the Lock check-box under the Item toolbox and Save.
