Question:
Why does my text get cut short in the feed, even whole words are lost in mid-sentence?
Resolution:
Typically this occurs when using an external source for information, such as an RSS Feed or the MyMessage feature.
There are several limitations placed on the number of characters that can be displayed they are shown below with examples of how many characters this looks like.
The title of the RSS Feed is limited to 128 Characters.

When using the RSS Feed Helper in a text box there is a limit on the number of characters to that of 65000, which is a small book, or a very long webpage.

The use of RSS Feed is by design meant to be short sharp news feeds or headlines, that are designed to move the reader to a place where the fuller picture or story can be read. Especially in the application of the Digital Signage you do not really need or want massive amounts of text for people to be reading on the screen.
