Question:
When I make changes to an Playlist and save in Acquire2Go, I am displaying a duplicate Playlist of the same name, why does this occur?
Resolution:
This can occur if you click Back or Refresh in your Browser, e.g when you have saved the Playlist. We recommend, once you have clicked Save, use Home to return to the main Projects screen or Playlists to see all Playlists, as shown:
